DSG3000
The DHO5000 series is the first 8-channel digital oscilloscope released by RIGOL. It supports up to 8 analog channel inputs, with a maximum real-time bandwidth of 1 GHz, a maximum real-time sampling rate of 4 GSa/s, and a vertical resolution of 12 bits. It can help engineers solve testing problems in multiple fields such as embedded design, power semiconductor testing, and power rail testing.
Functions and features

Rich signal output function
The maximum output signal frequency of the DSG3000 can reach 12 GHz. It can generate continuous waves, various forms of low-frequency signals, and frequency/amplitude sweep signals with multiple configurable parameters. The output signals are accurate and reliable, and it provides the function of automatic calibration through a power meter.

Outstanding high-power signal generation ability
The maximum output amplitude reaches +13dBm (nominal value), and +25dBm can be set, which meets the non-linear index test of the amplifier.

Supports pulse modulation and provides an on-off ratio of up to 80dB
Standard pulse modulation is provided, with a pulse on-off ratio of up to 80dB. An optional customizable pulse sequence can generate single pulses, double pulses, and arbitrary pulse sequences. Combined with the external modulation input function of analog modulation, it can conveniently achieve the output of simple digital modulations such as ASK, FSK, and PSK.

Supports internal and external IQ modulation functions
Users can choose between two IQ modulation methods: internal and external. The internal I+Q modulation bandwidth reaches 60 MHz with EVM < 0.7%. The external I+Q modulation bandwidth is 240 MHz with EVM < 0.8% (typical value). An Ultra IQ Station is provided for convenient generation of vector signal waveforms.

Excellent output amplitude repeatability
Excellent repeatability provides engineers with sufficient confidence in testing. The output amplitude change is less than 0.02dB within 72 hours.

Supports multiple modulation methods
Standard features include analog modulation methods such as amplitude modulation, frequency modulation, and phase modulation, as well as pulse modulation and a pulse generator. There are optional user-defined pulse sequences, as well as I/Q modulation and an IQ baseband generator, which can generate various commonly used modulation signals such as QAM, ASK, PSK, FSK, and MSK. All modulations support internal and external modulation sources.

Excellent phase noise index
High signal purity, with a typical phase noise value of < -110dBc/Hz @ 20kHz, comparable to similar foreign products; more excellent nearby phase noise indicators can be obtained after selecting a high-stability clock reference.

Excellent small signal output capability
The minimum output amplitude reaches -130dBm, meeting the stringent requirements of receiver sensitivity tests.
