Cheng Jianchuan
Executive Director, Deputy General Manager, Board Secretary and Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Cheng Jianchuan is the Executive Director, Deputy General Manager, Board Secretary and Chief Strategy Officer of the Company. He is responsible for managing capital markets affairs, investor relations, investments and mergers and acquisitions, as well as the Group’s overall business strategy.
He joined the Group in July 2006 and began his professional career with the Group. During his tenure, he has held various positions, including Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. Since November 2017, he has served as a Supervisor of Beijing RIGOL Technology Co., Ltd.
He obtained a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation from Harbin Institute of Technology, China, in July 2006. He obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Hong Kong in Hong Kong in November 2025.
