Warranty Statement
1. Regional Applicability and Compliance
This warranty service applies to warranty claims made within the original country or region of purchase authorized by RIGOL. If you request warranty service in another country or region, or cannot provide valid proof of purchase issued by a local authorized channel, RIGOL may be unable to provide free warranty service.
In addition, if providing warranty service, spare parts, repair support, or technical support would violate any applicable export control laws, regulations, or international sanctions requirements, including but not limited to the relevant laws and regulations of China and other applicable jurisdictions, RIGOL reserves the right to refuse to provide the relevant service or support.
2. Warranty Commitment
If a RIGOL product purchased by you experiences a hardware failure within the warranty period due to defects in materials or workmanship, RIGOL will provide free warranty service. The service may include repair of the defective product, replacement of defective parts, or replacement with a product of equivalent specifications.
Spare parts or replacement products used for warranty service may be new or may be rigorously tested products with performance equivalent to new. Any old parts, modules, or complete products replaced during the warranty process shall belong to RIGOL.
3. Warranty Period and Scope
3.1 Warranty Start Date
The warranty period begins on the purchase date shown on valid proof of purchase issued by a local authorized channel. Valid proof of purchase includes, but is not limited to, an invoice, formal receipt, or other purchase evidence recognized by RIGOL.
If valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, the warranty period will begin on the date falling six (6) months after the factory shipment date corresponding to the product serial number (SN) as recorded in the RIGOL system.

- Electronic measurement instrument mainframe (main unit): three (3) years;
