Qin Ce

Independent Non-executive Director

Dr. Qin Ce is an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the operation and management of the Group and providing independent advice in this regard. He also serves as a member of the Audit Committee and the chairman of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee and the Nomination Committee.

From May 2006 to June 2021, he served successively as Associate Professor and Professor at the School of Law of Nanjing Normal University. Since July 2021, he has been serving as a Professor at the School of Law of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

He obtained a bachelor's degree in Education from Nanjing Normal University, China, in July 1992. He subsequently obtained a master's degree in Jurisprudence from Nanjing Normal University in June 1999 and a Ph.D. degree in Procedural Law from China University of Political Science and Law in June 2008. He has been qualified to practise law in the People's Republic of China since July 1996.
