Wang Yue

Executive Director and Chairman

Dr. Wang Yue is the founder, executive director and chairman of our company. He is mainly responsible for the strategic vision, corporate management, business planning, and technology and product development of our Group, and serves as a member of the Nomination Committee and the Strategy Committee. He also serves as a director and/or representative of several subsidiaries of our company.
 

In December 2000, he founded Beijing Rigol Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Rigol Technologies") and served as its founder, chairman and general manager. Since May 2021, he has served as the executive director of the company. Since August 2008, he has served as the chairman of Rigol Investment.
Since December 2018 and July 2015, he has served as a director of RIGOL Technologies EU GmbH and RIGOL Technologies HK Limited ("Rigol Technologies Hong Kong") respectively. Since October 2015, he has served as the general partner of Ruige Hezhong and Ruijin Hezhong. Since April 2020, he has served as a director of RIGOL Technologies (Singapore) Pte. LTD. ("Rigol Technologies Singapore"). Since July 2021, he has served as the executive director of Huchi Lingyun Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
 

In July 1998, he obtained a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering from Beijing University of Technology in China. Subsequently, in July 2008, he obtained a Master of Business Administration for Senior Executives from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University in China. In November 2021, he obtained a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Hong Kong.
 

In 2017, he was recognized as a "Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent in the Innovation Talent Promotion Program" by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. Also in 2017, he was recognized as a leading talent in science and technology entrepreneurship under the National "Ten Thousand Talents Program" by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China. In 2018, he was selected as an outstanding figure in the new era of China's economy by the China Economic Figures Selection Committee and was recognized as a science and technology entrepreneur in Jiangsu Province by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology. In 2021, he was awarded the title of "Outstanding Inventor in Suzhou" by the Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.
