Wang Ning

Executive Director, General Manager, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Wang Ning is a Executive Director, General Manager, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He has served as a Director since December 2019. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the overall business operations and financial affairs of the Group. He also serves as a director and/or representative of a number of the Group’s subsidiaries, including RIGOL Technologies (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“RIGOL Singapore”), RIGOL Technologies (Malaysia) SDN. BHD. (“RIGOL Malaysia”), RIGOL Technologies USA, Inc. (“RIGOL USA”), Xi’an RIGOL Technologies Co., Ltd. (“Xi’an RIGOL”), Shanghai RIGOL Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. (“Shanghai RIGOL”) and Shenzhen RIGOL Technologies Co., Ltd. (“Shenzhen RIGOL”).

From February 2019 to December 2019, he served as the Chief Information Officer of the Company. Prior to joining the Group, he held various positions at China Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Corporation from August 1986 to February 2019, including Director of the Overseas Market Development Department and Director of the Project Investment and Financing Management Department.

He obtained a bachelor's degree in Organic Chemical Engineering from Zhejiang University, China, in July 1986.
