F. Third Country Transfer

Data will only be transferred to countries outside the EU or the EEA (so-called third countries) if this is necessary for the performance of our contractual relationships or required by law (e.g., tax reporting obligations), if you have given us your consent, or in the context of order processing.

G. Duration of Storage

-Informational Use of our Website-

When you use our website for informational purposes only, we store your personal data on our servers exclusively for the duration of your visit to our website. After you leave our website, your personal data will be deleted immediately, at the latest within three months.

 

Cookies installed by us are also usually deleted after you leave our website, in particular the session cookies used. Google Analytics cookies remain stored for up to two years. Google Ads cookies remain stored for up to one year. You also have the option of deleting in-stalled cookies yourself at any time.

 

-Active Use of our Website (e.g. after registration)

When you actively use our website, we initially store your personal data for the duration of your inquiry or for the duration of our business relationship. The login log files are stored for 90 days for security reasons and for support requests and are then deleted.

  • Right to erasure or restriction of processing - according to Art. 17 GDPR the right to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless further processing, to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims is required; according to Art. 18 GDPR the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, as far as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you; the processing is illegal, but you reject its deletion; we no longer need the data, but you need it for asserting, exercising or defending legal claims;
  • Right to object - For reasons arising from your particular situation, you may also object to the processing of personal data concerning you by us at any time (Art. 21 GDPR); If the legal requirements are met, we will no longer process your personal data;
  • Right to data portability - according to Art. 20 GDPR the right to receive your personal data, which you have provided us, in a structured, common, and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another person responsible;
  • Right to revoke the declaration of consent under data protection law - you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time; the withdrawal only takes effect for the future; that is, the withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the withdrawal; and
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - according to Art. 77 GDPR the right to complain to a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or work or our company headquarters.

E. Profiling / Automated decision-making

We do not carry out profiling and do not use purely automated decision-making procedures in accordance with Article 22 of the GDPR. If we should use further procedures in individual cases in the future, we will inform you separately.
